At VICO Care & Wellbeing, we are a family-run organisation committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care and support for children and young people, alongside adults living with learning disabilities.
We believe everyone deserves to feel safe, valued, listened to, respected and genuinely cared for.
Whether providing a family-style residential home for a young person or supporting an adult to live as independently as possible, our approach is centred around the individual - their story, their strengths, their choices, their relationships and their aspirations.
Every person is different. That's why our care and support is never one-size-fits-all. We take the time to understand what matters to each individual and work alongside them to overcome challenges, develop resilience, build independence and achieve meaningful outcomes.
Our Story
VICO Care & Wellbeing was founded through the coming together of two families, united by a shared passion and commitment to improving people's lives and making a genuine difference.
With decades of combined experience across health and social care, we shared a vision of creating something different - an organisation where people don't simply receive care and support, but experience stability, belonging, opportunity and genuine relationships.
As a family-run organisation, we understand the importance of trust, compassion and creating environments that feel warm, welcoming and genuinely supportive.

By creating safe, nurturing and empowering environments, we support children, young people and adults to develop confidence, resilience and independence, while ensuring their individuality, choices and aspirations remain at the heart of their support.

We work in partnership with families, local authorities, professionals, education providers, healthcare services and other organisations to achieve meaningful outcomes and ensure the people we support receive the right care and support at the right time.
