On behalf of VICO Care & Wellbeing, we are delighted to offer you the position of Support Worker subject to the terms and particulars outlined below:

Contracted Hours:37.5 hours / week

Primary Work Base:VICO Solihull Supported Living Hub
Proposed Start Date:01 September 2026
Probationary Period:6 Months
Reporting Manager:Registered Care Manager
CQC Regulation 19 Pre-Employment Contingency

In accordance with CQC Regulation 19 (Fit and proper persons employed) and Health and Social Care Act 2008 standards, this appointment remains strictly conditional upon receipt of a satisfactory Enhanced DBS Certificate with barred list checks, two satisfactory professional references, and UK Right to Work verification.

Holiday Entitlement & Workplace Pension

You will be entitled to 28 days statutory paid holiday per annum (pro-rata for part-time roles) inclusive of UK bank holidays. You will also be automatically enrolled into the statutory VICO Care Workplace Pension scheme subject to qualifying earnings.
